My Fellow instructors, you have recently received an email regarding legal service offered to all CHL holders in TEXAS. I believe this is a step in the right direction. All CHL holders SHOULD have access to legal council if they are going to carry. CHL holders are playing with fire if they choose not to. Having said that, I also believe they need to be protected across the U.S. and not just in Texas. We are not immune to car jackings, robbery or any other criminal activity when we travel to other States.
